I just completed these adorable ice cream cone cookies for my daughter's class as they are celebrating summer birthdays tomorrow so I thought these would be perfect! Now I just need to complete cookies for all the moms and I'm done! PS....just had a friend ask a huge favor if she could get rainbow cookies by tomorrow....SURE...so now I will add that to my list today! Always handy to keep a batch of dough in the freezer!!!
